It will transform your teaching

First Year Teachers

This book is great for first year teachers because it gives you the fundamental elements for making a great teacher. The first two chapters are compelling yet kind of a review of the fundamentals. But from chapter 3 on, it describes methods for delivery and ways to improve teaching. It's a difficult to comprehend if you've never taught before but makes a great reference book. It's also compact and easy to find information fast with teacher guides at the end of each chapter. I recommend this book to teachers of tomorrow.
