Best book to help with co-teaching

If you are co-teaching with paras, special ed/general ed, or pre-service teachers, this book is a MUST. Everything seems to be included in this book from how to set up the layout of classrooms, various types of interventions that are possible with multiple adults in the room, and helpful explanations of special education terminology and such.

If you are in a position in your corporation that you can help improve co-teaching approaches this book is a good addition to use along with other books on co-teaching approaches. It should be a must read for administrators that influence the operation and implementation of co-teaching models. Almost every case study in the book has the reader thinking "wow, that is just like our situation" or "wow, we should have addressed the issue in this manner" or "wow, I should have asked that question." We are planning on using this book with our principals and as we start to include co-teaching training with our new teacher staff members.
