Quick, Concise and Organized

As a veteran teacher, the changes I've gone through in my classroom for the last 5 years have been difficult to manage. This book gave me new ideas while combining the concepts my principal wants us to incorporate into our classroom. The charts, checklist and real life scenarios provided new light to methods I was already using without adding the impractical aspect I have found in a lot of the classroom management material out there.

This little book is an easy read explaining learning styles, multilingual, multicultural
classrooms and how to engineer the classroom to address all of these issues. It emphasizes
the importance of collaboration to gain student success in the classroom with results of a positive learning curve for the school.

I just read this book and it was great! As an undergraduate studying education with a special interest in social justice and multiculturalism in the classroom, it was interesting to get this perspective. I hope to use this in the classroom.
